THERE ARE 3 STEPS TO TRYOUT REGISTRATIONS.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS.

Step 1. Provide registration tryout fee. The advance registration fee is $60 for all teams. The online payment option is provided below. By clicking on the Pay Now button, you will be directed to PayPal to make your registration payment. You are not required to have a PayPal account to pay online. You can use your credit card, bank account, or Venmo @Maxperformancevolleyball (Maxsports) to pay. Payment made the day of tryouts is $80.

Step 2. Fill out the registration form below.  Use Age Classification for 2024-25 season to determine Team. (see below)

Step 3. Print out and sign the Parent Release & Indemnity Form. You can either return this form by email to aggie.aguilar@gmail.com or provide it on the day of the tryout. ***This form must be signed and returned in order for the player to try out for Max Performance.

18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007 OR Players who were born on or after July 1, 2006 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year

17 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008 OR  Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007 (18 years or younger) who shall neither have completed nor are in a grade higher than the eleventh grade (11th) during the current academic year will be allowed to participate at the USA Junior National Championships on 17 and under teams. 

16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009

15 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010

14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011

13 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012

12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013

11 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2014

10 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2015
