BIO
Lauren Fairman has been coaching with Max Performance for 5 years and is currently the Head Coach for our 16 Red team. She played competitive volleyball though middle school and all four years at Round Rock High School. While primarily a libero, she also spent a few earlier years as an Outside hitter / Right side hitter. Lauren began coaching at age 18, helping run clinics and giving private lessons over the summer for Max Performance while attending Texas A&M University. She recently graduated from Texas State University with a Master's in Education along with obtaining her teaching certification in science, health, and math.
Lauren’s favorite part about coaching is having the opportunity to aid and watch young athletes grow as players and as people. Some of the most influential people in her life growing up were her coaches, and she wants to give back to the community that helped her develop into the person she is today.
