Daniel Clark

Coach Daniel grew up in Austin and was a multi-sport athlete in volleyball, football, basketball, and track. He chose to pursue his passion for volleyball as a collegiate athlete at John Brown University. As a setter/libero at JBU, his class graduated as the most winningest class in school history with a conference championship his Junior season. 

 

Daniel started his coaching career as a student assistant for the JBU Women’s volleyball team. He assisted the team in two SAC Conference Championships, an NAIA National Tournament Appearance, 14 All-Conference players, and 1 All-American.

 

Daniel returned to Austin after college and began coaching club athletes ages 14-18. He has been coaching for 16 years combined and has been playing for 20 years. He has a passion for volleyball which is evident in his coaching and he prides himself on helping his players find their own passion as they grow as players and young women.

 

This is Daniel’s fifth season at Max and he is ready to bring his passion and experience to help our girls succeed.
