Max Practice Program

Max Performance is offering a unique volleyball training program for ages 10-18.  At Max Performance, we believe in providing athletes with a range of training opportunities. After working with local athletes and the Central Texas communities, we understand not everyone will be able to participate in a club volleyball program.


If you’re looking for consistency to keep your volleyball skills in tact, or work on new skills, and supplement your middle school training, then this program would be a great fit.


This program is also designed for multi-sport athletes who aren’t able to commit to a full club program due to the tournament and travel schedules. This program offers flexibility to athletes with other extra-curricular interests.  


Our practice program will prepare each participant to properly execute the fundamentals of passing, serving, attacking and team defense and offense. The emphasis will be placed on proper volleyball specific movements. Each practice session includes 3 on 3 and 4 on 4 scrimmages.


Come and experience the exciting practice program and be prepared to learn the correct way to play volleyball, meet other players who love the sport and have a lot of fun!
